Stephen has been Headteacher at Lampton School since 2015. He has worked in Hounslow since 2002 - initially in an advisory role with the Local Authority, joining the SLT at Lampton in 2004. He is currently a Director of Hounslow Education Partnership (HEP) and has been chair of the secondary partnership group of headteachers.

With over 25 years of experience of school governance in a variety of settings - including Chair of an Alternative Provision service for a number of years, a staff governor and an LA appointed governor - Stephen hopes to bring this experience to support Bolder in its next phase of development.
