The normal arrangements for collecting certificates are by the candidate in person.
If the candidate is unable to collect certificates in this way, please complete the consent form attached below.
This consent must be returned with the correct signature as a pdf or hard copy, or alternatively, through digital consent if it is through the student’s Bolder email account. This is to verify the authenticity of the email as being directly from the student.
